Meet Our Team

Ryann Hodge

Ryann Hodge is a fourth-generation native of Fort Collins, who literally grew up in small business. From inventory to stocking, payroll to chopping; Ryann gained perspective on every aspect of small business in numerous industries, leading to the realization that processes were key to creating efficiency, analyzing financial info, and forecasting for the future.

Ryann received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University and went on to complete the Enrolled Agent designation, passing each of the three exams on the first attempt. Over the last 18 years, Ryann has worked with entrepreneurs to create accounting processes, increase cash flow, troubleshoot financial struggles, decrease tax liabilities and grow scale-able, sale-able businesses. Passionate for building businesses and educating entrepreneurs, there is no challenge she won’t tackle (except maybe inventory…)!

In her free time, Ryann enjoys the active Colorado lifestyle, especially by the water with family and friends!

Danae Diesner

Danae Diesner is a fifth-generation native of Fort Collins. She grew up working at both of her parents’ businesses, numbers with her mom and wet-sanding for her dad. She swore she would never go into anything related to math, despite it being her best subject in school. After starting at Momentum, she found a love for supporting small business owners. She has loved working at Momentum, building relationships with passionate people and the interesting mother-daughter bonding that working together provides.

Danae graduated from Poudre High School in May of 2018. She has multiple bookkeeping certifications and specializes in working with non-profits, plus handles a large chunk of Momentum's internal chaos!

Danae spends most her free time with her husband, dog, and three cats! You can almost always find her listening to or watching Taylor Swift (if you've seen her office space, you know) with a craft project and a cat snuggled up in her lap!

Darian Rojas

Darian Rojas was born and raised right here in Colorado. She attended Greeley West and graduated in 2019. She went to college with no idea of what to do with her life and she thought "might as well try this one accounting class". Ever since then she knew she had a passion for numbers and accounting. She decided to get her foot in the door and apply for bookkeeping positions so she could get hands on experience. Momentum welcomed her and everyday she learns from the great team who surrounds her.

Darian is currently attending Aims Community College with a Major in Business and is planning on attending UNC to study accounting and business.

Darian spends most days with her boyfriend and their dog-like cat. Seriously, her cats favorite thing to do is play fetch. In her free time, she has many hobbies. Her favorites include crocheting, knitting, and embroidery. Ask her to show you some of her favorite projects (especially THE blanket!!) and she would be more than happy to share!

Kail Voigt

Kail Voigt was Nebraska-born, but raised in Colorado. He has spent the last 20 years in Colorado, yet there’s no shaking the Husker fan out of him. All hail Herbie! After completing high school at Windsor, his plan was to develop a career in athletic training, however, he found himself naturally following in his family’s footsteps into the field of tax and finance.

Kail attended the University of Northern Colorado (Greeley) where he graduated with his accounting degree in 2019. His experience didn’t start there, Kail has been hands-on, working in tax preparation and bookkeeping since 2016.

In his free time, you might catch Kail shreddin’ the slopes. Or, in warmer weather, hitting the trails, cruising the lake or attempting a hole in one.

Miss Moose

Miss Moose was born and raised in Fort Collins, another sixth-generation native. She started as an intern, and after finishing puppy school was promoted to being the Director of our Complaints Department. She is a top-tier shredder, incredible fetcher, and takes complaints like a champ! She is also the resident office snuggler to get the team through the tough times, it's a real ruff life being the office dog!

Moose is currently in the next level of puppy school and looks forward to learning more to better support our team!

In her free time, Moose loves to spend her time fetching a ball in the backyard, in the lake, or anywhere else someone might throw it. Her special talents include holding two tennis balls in her mouth, asking people to throw the ball but not letting them have it, and shredding any document she's given!
